She joined Inter Fund Management S.A. in 2011 to run the Project and Implementation department, she also led the Operations department for four years. She moved to the Compliance department in 2015, and gradually became head of Compliance. Prior to joining IFM, Sophie worked with Citibank Europe Plc Luxembourg where she held positions in Business Implementation and Client Management functions. Sophie holds a Master of Science in management and finance from a top ranked French Business School and an Executive MBA with ESCP Europe Business School.
Alessandro Bianchi joined IFM in 2014 and he is currently Conducting Officer and Head of Risk Management. Before that, he was in charge of risk management for Nemesis Asset Management in London and also worked in counterparty risk and capital optimization at Credit Suisse. Alessandro started his career in the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, where he covered several positions in risk management, structuring and trading. He graduated in business at the University of Rome and got a master’s in finance from the London Business School.

Prior to joining IFM, Charles spent most of his career at Deloitte where he was active in the Corporate Finance department and in charge of Transaction and Valuation Services assignments. Charles holds a master degree in applied economics / business management from the Catholic University of Leuven.
